As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading more complex audit assignments and have proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and engagement teams. You will possess a collaborative mindset and be able to forge effective working relationships with others at all levels across my clients organization, locally and internationally.
An Audit Senior Manager is expected to have a demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends relevant to clients and proven business development experience, being able to identify and convert opportunities, having excellent working knowledge of the services that they offer.
Professional qualifications & experience required:
• An internationally recognised accounting designation, such as the CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience in a public practice firm coupled with strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and / or IFRS reporting standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach and develop talent, and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant experience in the (re)insurance or asset management industry.

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for the full engagement life cycle for a portfolio of clients. You will possess excellent project management skills, including experience successfully leading audit engagements, and will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of organisations.
An Audit Manager is expected to act as an ambassador of the firm and participate in business development activity, as well as support the development of colleagues through mentorship and coaching.
